Lately, I’ve been amazed by the seagulls soaring in Oklahoma. So I asked an older, wiser gentleman why these birds were here, and he simply stated, “A storm blew them in.” Interesting enough, we’re in the middle of a drought. And I can’t remember a blustery storm of late. But more importantly, why have these birds decided to stay rather than to seek the fresh salty air of their home?
Amazingly, these birds have chosen to stay and fish in the cow pond next door. Do they know something we don’t?
